Delivery Process

Your order is sent FREE and INSURED.
Q'en is responsible for security of your order until it is delivered to you by the carrier. When your order is ready, it will be delivered within 3 days. All wedding rings are produced for your special order. These products are delivered to cargo within 10 days with Express Cargo.

Upon delivery of courier package, check the package for damage. If the cargo package is damaged, write down the report. Do not accept the cargo package.
 
All of our shipments are sent as a gift package in special packaging and in special packaging for the product. 
 
1 -  If we have products in our stock which you order, product will be deliverd to cargo within 3 days.
 
2 -  Your special orders are produced within 10 days. The product will be delivered to cargo after production process.
 
3 -  + - %10 weight difference can occur for your special orders. Price difference is possible due to changing of weight.
 
4 -  Please contact us for your product returns.
 
5 - For the orders made with EFT/ Money transfer, the order will be declined by the end of the 3rd business day if the balance is not transfered to the indicated Q'ENaccounts.
