Purposes and legal reasons for processing personal data; Your Personal Data is processed in a limited, measured and necessary manner for specific, clear and legitimate purposes in accordance with the law and in good faith. In order to issue invoices for the goods and services you receive within the framework of the Tax Procedure Law, to inform you about advertising promotion campaigns with electronic messages within the framework of the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, and to provide you with better quality products and services, your shopping details are processed within the legal limits for the reasons required by the necessary legislation and company operation.

Complaints made by Data Owners, whose Personal Data are processed by Q’EN Companies, will be answered and finalized by Q’EN Companies as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.The Data Owner sends his requests and complaints to Qen Özbek Alyans Kuyumculuk Ltd. Şti. Company Q’en KVK Committee, in person, provided that identity checks are made, or applications made by proxy, provided that a notarized power of attorney is submitted, applications made through notary channels and registered e-mail addresses can be made to info@qenalyans.com, provided that a secure electronic signature is used.
